Key Features

Class Organization

After adding a Course to a Term, you can specify meeting times and days, enter credits, add Textbooks, monitor grades, record instructor and lab details (if applicable), and more.

Color Coordination

Quickly identify important Assignments through convenient color coordination by Course, priority, or due date.

Color Themes

Thrive on color? We do too. Looking at a huge list of all your schoolwork can be discouraging, even if the tasks in the list are color coordinated. Colorful themes in Get Organized allow you to change the look-and-feel of the application as a whole to fit your tastes. Don’t just take our word for it; check out these screenshots!

Assignments

Keep track of Assignments by Course easily and efficiently. Monitor Assignment details by giving them a due date, time, Textbook, Type (for grading weight), priority, and grade, once completed.

Events

In addition to Assignments, stay on top of your social life by recording Events and their details in your calendar.

Grading

Keep track of grades for each Assignment as they are complete. Then, see your grading summary for each of your Courses or the entire Term. A grading graph accompanying your Term summary shows your grade progression throughout the semester.

Views

View your schedule in a convenient list or familiar calendar. List View allows you to view all of your tasks in a quick and complete summary format. Calendar View breaks things down into a concise schedule for you.

Filtering

Use filters to specify which Assignments and Events will be shown. Apply a filter to show only Assignments from a single Course, those that are overdue, those that are complete, and more.

Ask the Instructor

Having trouble with a Course? Not understanding all the requirements of an Assignment? The Ask Instructor button allows you to contact your instructor immediately via email.
